Sharing and retention
We share only necessary details with hotels, houseboats, drivers, payment providers and technology services involved in your journey. We do not sell personal data. We retain records for as long as needed to provide services and comply with law.
Google Maps reviews
Our website includes dated public reviews, excerpts and available reviewer profile photos attributed to their authors on Google Maps. These are stored with our website content and updated manually. Following Google Maps links connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. Google Maps features are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible data by emailing care@zoonvale.in. Some transaction records must be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
