Requests and confirmation
A website submission is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only after we verify availability, issue written confirmation and receive the agreed payment. Quotes are valid only for the period shown.
Prices and payments
Prices reflect the itinerary, dates, group size and suppliers stated in your quotation. Any government tax changes or customer-requested additions may change the total. Payment is recognised only after funds and transaction details are verified.
Traveller responsibilities
- Provide accurate names, ages, contact details and travel dates.
- Carry valid identification and any permits required.
- Follow hotel, transport, safety and local authority rules.
- Arrive at agreed pickup points and times.
Changes beyond our control
Weather, road closures, security advisories, flight disruption and government restrictions can require route or service changes. We will offer reasonable alternatives where possible, but third-party costs and force-majeure losses remain subject to supplier terms.
Google Maps content
Reviews and ratings attributed to Google Maps come from Google’s service and reflect the views of their authors. The website displays a dated selection of reviews and excerpts, with links to Google for the latest reviews. Use of Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, including the Google Terms of Service linked there.
